Does Mama+Flame offer gift cards?
Of course! Giving the gift of aromatherapy is always a great idea.
Can I send my purchase as a gift?
Absolutely! If you would like your items gifted wrapped, please be sure to add our gift wrapping service to your order.
How can I track my order?
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped, via USPS Priority Mail (unless stated otherwise), every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully transmitted and tracking information once your order has been shipped. If for any reason you have not received this email after the processing window, please send us a note at info@mamaandflame.com as soon as possible.For in-store pickup orders, please look out for an email with the pickup instructions.
